When: Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Required Equipment: MMA gloves, boxing gloves, shin guards, head protection, and mouth piece. No exceptions!
This is not for the faint of heart. If you are looking for serious training, blood, sweat, and tears (...and believe us, you'll get all three), then we will give you just that. Going back to our roots and looking forward to provide "Real Tools for the Real World!"

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations prior to 72 hours from the course start time will be entitled to a 90% refund or full credit towards a future course.
Cancellations between 72 and 24 hours from the course start time will be entitled to a 50% refund or full credit towards a future course.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the course start time (including no-shows) are not entitled to a refund nor course credit.
